The idea for VitalitHe began when one of our co-founders, Darab, visited a premier medical spa in Los Angeles. Sitting in the waiting room, he noticed that nearly all of the services were marketed exclusively toward women. During his consultation, he observed that many treatments and dosages followed a one-size-fits-all approach — overlooking important differences in skin, physiology, and individual needs.

At the same time, our second co-founder, Dr. Parsa, was completing a prestigious Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in Beverly Hills. Many of his patients shared frustration that previous treatments they had received elsewhere were ineffective, often because techniques and dosing were not personalized to their unique biology.

From these experiences, Darab and Dr. Parsa came together to create VitalitHe — a medical spa where every service is performed by extensively trained MDs and tailored to the individual. What began as a response to gaps in traditional med spas has grown into a wellness destination designed to better serve everyone — moving beyond labels to provide safe, natural, and stigma-free self-care for all
